This pressing has a 1-11/16” x 5-7/8” cuff with a beautiful raised dragonfly design with a border. It also includes 2 small dragonfly wings that are 5/16”x 1-1/2” and 2 small dragonfly wings that are 5/16”x 1-5/16” that can be used for earrings or pendants.
 
 
 
Making a cuff bracelet with this pressing:
 
For making a cuff bracelet simply cut around the outside of the pattern with a guillotine shear or jeweler’s saw. Use a file to smooth the edges and round the corners.
 
 
 
Then apply Liver of Sulfur or your choice of patina (following the manufacturer’s instructions) to accentuate the beautiful scroll pattern. After applying a patina or darkening agent, use 2000 grit wet/dry sandpaper to lightly sand the raised scrollwork to highlight the details.
 
 
 
Form the bracelet on a bracelet forming mandrel.
 
 
 
Finish by tumbling in a rotary tumbler with stainless steel shot, a little water, and a drop or two of Dawn dishwashing liquid or hand polish with a Sunshine polishing cloth.
